In a letter addressed to HK Motors President and CEO Dr. Chuantao Wang, Alabama Governor Bob Riley and Alabama Development Office Director Neal Wade reiterated Alabama's dedication to the HK Motors manufacturing plant in Baldwin County and officially confirmed that approximately $1 billion in incentives is available to HK Motors.
